His career spans multiple sectors, including Information & Communication Technology (ICT), healthcare, higher education, and sports, where he has consistently delivered transformative results.
As the President of the Jamaica Hockey Federation (JHF), Fabian has been instrumental in elevating Jamaican field hockey to new heights. Under his leadership, Jamaica qualified for its first-ever international hockey tournament, the 2024 FIH Hockey5s World Cup in Muscat, Oman — a historic achievement for a sport with over a century of history on the island. This milestone is a testament to Fabian’s visionary leadership, strategic planning, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

New Era Homes 2000 Ltd.: As General Plant Manager with well over JMD 2 Billion worth of assets under management on 10 acres at the Dyke Road facility, responsible for manufacturing (concrete and window products) warehousing & distributive logistics, retail; for internal and external projects

Fabian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with Economics from The University of the West Indies, Mona, Jamaica, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Manchester Business School, UK. He has also completed industry-specific courses in ICT, building & construction, and healthcare, further enhancing his expertise in diverse fields.
A proud past student of Kingston College, Fabian is a lifelong sports enthusiast and an advocate for youth development through sports. He is married to Rose Lemonius-Stewart and is the proud father of Diallo Stewart.
